Lee Mechanical Contractors is a merit shop mechanical contractor located in southeast Missouri. Lee is a driving force in the mechanical construction industry, and takes a leading role in the proactive installation and successful startup of client installations. With a strong construction background, Ernie Gibson built Lee Mechanical with less than 30 employees the first year. Now twenty-one years later with over 400 employees during peak season, Lee Mechanical is a multi-million dollar corporation. The customer base still includes clients from 20 years ago, with over 85% repeat business and 80% T&M contracts, Lee Mechanical has established loyalty and trust with customers that can’t be replaced!
