Internship Opportunities
Job shadowing and OJT in the Fab Shop as well as the office environment.
These opportunities arise from our solid relationships with area trade schools and local high schools.
Partnerships
Industry & Education Partnership – This organization brings local businesses and schools together to help forge career paths for students that are not going to a four-year college. I can’t tell you how proud I am to be an officer for the Partnership. It’s a key building block for Lee to grow their own talent.
Mineral Area College – MAC has always been willing to help with any education endeavor we have requested.
I will speak with some of our folks that have gone through these programs and get quotes. I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you need anything else.
From Our Team
